Lance Lyttle is the Chief Operating Officer for Houston Airport System.
Mr. Lyttle is leading the master plan development for all three airports. He has overseen the airport projects related to the renovation of the Terminal B South Side project; and he oversaw all the infrastructure improvements to prepare Intercontinental for the A380, which began service to Houston on August. 1, 2012.
Prior to coming to Houston, Mr. Lyttle held top posts at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport as an Assistant General Manager and also as the Chief Information Officer for the busiest airport in the world.
He has extensive experience spearheading strategic and business plan development, developing a high performance organization, business process re-engineering and implementing complex projects.
He holds multiple degrees from the University of the West Indies – including Bachelor of Science degrees in physics and computer science; and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems.
