Update from Alexandria Egypt

Thanks for your care and thoughts Susan.

We  think what happened in Egypt is a great step, in all cases it was the only way out of this revolution!!

Our feelings are kind of confused and perplexed, from a feeling of relief, to a strange feeling of waking up in the morning without Hosny Mubarak!! after 30 years!!!! to some worries of what now?? but still there is a nice feeling of starting a NEW WHITE PAGE!!

We are crossing our fingers for a better future to our beloved country, this revolution has brought out the best in the Egyptian people and in our youth, of whom we are very proud now! lets hope this positiveness prevails..

We are all fine in Egypt, you have 2 of our girls there, Amal got married to Michale, and Noha is in Arizona, studying her PHD.

Our shelter if fine, and the girls there are doing well, we are still trying to get more inhabitants to the shelter, and we are keeping an eye on them.
