Leading his last official meeting as club president on June 30th, Mike Kevlin announced his choice of Eric Gomez as Rotarian of the Year for 2020-2021.
President Kevlin shared many of Mr. Gomez’s accomplishments for the club by sharing that while Eric was serving as Membership Chair the club’s total numbers increased from 72 to 82 members during a very difficult pandemic year; he was also Public Image Chair and maintained the club’s Facebook page and club website; Eric was the club’s Car Raffle Fundraiser Co-Ordinator and raffle ticket sales exceeded 900 for the first time; and he is the club’s President Nominee for 2022-2023. He accomplished all this while being a husband and father of four and running his own business.
